I do have a solution, but there are no custom fit hitches for a 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser. What you can use is a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07. This is a weld-on hitch so you will need to take it to a certified welder for installation. I know you asked for a Class III but it won't hurt to have the higher hitch capacity since you will be limited by your vehicle capacity.

Since there isn't a confirmed fitting custom-fit hitch for a 1999 Toyota Prado RHD the only option would be to install a weld-on adjustable-fit trailer hitch. We haven't had a Prado in to test it for a fit with a 4Runner trailer hitch unfortunately. We have a few different sizes depending on the drop you'll need to clear the rear fascia:

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror # KS70132T unfortunately isn't going to a confirmed fit for your 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser so you'll have to go with a universal towing mirror like the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # 7070-2. These will clip onto your factory mirrors and come with straps to secure them in place.
